At Night Need, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation and dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can easily track your parcel. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct to avoid any delays.

To keep your Night Need products looking fresh, soft, and comfortable for longer, we recommend washing them with care. Machine wash at 30°C or hand wash in lukewarm water, preferably using cold water to help maintain the color. Use a mild and gentle detergent and avoid bleach, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. For drying, line dry in the shade or use a tumble dryer on low heat, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. If ironing is required, use low heat and handle delicate fabrics carefully. Washing garments inside-out is recommended to help protect prints, colors, and fabric quality. Following these care instructions will help maintain the comfort, shape, and appearance of your Night Need products.

Return Policy

At Night Need, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@nightneed.com. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with original packaging and tags. Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Rs. 295 delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange Policy

If you have received the wrong size or need to exchange an eligible product, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at support@nightneed.com. The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with original packaging and tags. Once your exchange request is approved, our rider will collect the product and the replacement item will be delivered after the returned product has been received and checked. A Rs. 500 exchange delivery charge will apply, covering both pickup and new delivery. Exchange requests outside the 7-day period or for products damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.
